Instant Rice Cooker Vegetable Biryani , Paneer Curry Recipe for Lunch box, Working Women, Bachelors

    In a bowl add 1/2cup of potato pieces
    Add ½ cup of sweet potato pieces
    Add 1/2cup of carrot pieces
    Add 1/2cup of beans
    Add 1/2cup of cauliflower pieces
    Add 2cup of soaked basmati rice
    Add 1/2cup of curd
    Add 4cup of water
    Add 5 shallots
    Add 4 green chillies
    Add 1/2cup of coriander leaves
    Add 1tsp of pepper
    Add 1tsp of shahjeera
    Add whole garam masala
    Add 1tsp of crush ginger, garlic
    Add 1tbs of oil
    Add salt and mix it.
    And put in to fridge for some time.
    Now pour this biryani mixture in to rice cooker bowl
    And cook it.
    In a bowl add 11/2 tbs of butter
    Add 1tbs of biryani masala
    Add 1tbs of mint
    And add in to rice cooker
    In the last add saffron water and put on lid
    For 5 minutes.
    Instant paneer biryani;-
    Heat 1tbs of oil in a pan add cashew nuts
    Add 1/2cup of chopped onions
    Add some salt
    And cook it.
    Add 2tsp of ginger garlic paste
    Add 1cup of tomatoes
    Add 2tsp of kitchen king masala
    And cook for some time.
    Now transfer in to a mixie jar
    And make fine paste.
    Heat a pan add 1cup of water
    Add 1cup of masala paste
    And add some salt
    And cook for 5 minutes.
    Add 1cup of paneer pieces
    And mix it.
    Now serve hot biryani & paneer curry
