i read that this is actually only the first half of season 2, and they’ve split it up so they can release new episodes every six months rather than once a year.
Anyone else feel like Mara isn’t as evil as the current season is making her out to be? Like, it definitely feels like there’s gonna be a twist where she did what she did for good reasons.
I absolutely LOVED Glimmers image of herself as a true bad ass.
I also think it’s too short. I loved the second season just as much as the first, but it DEFINITELY has its faults.
I just really didn’t like what they did with Frosta this season. I think that the transition from hardcore and powerful to annoying but adorable for her is way too quick. I just think that it would be a more interesting character arc if we actually got to see that play out. Also, she mentioned that she’s been a ruler since she was 8. That means that Frosta’s parents weren’t killed by the horde, as the old rebellion ended 5-10 years before the events of the series. So, that leaves my biggest question: what happened to them?
I love everyone being collectively depressed for getting half a season.

We know that at the end the rebellion Will win because “The heroes always win” But Catra and Scorpia aren’t heroes. They fight a lot and the happy ending is not garanted. THATS WHAT MAKES ME INTERESTED IN THEIR STORY.
