    Bad edit at 1:30. You cut out the part where she explains that dry packed scallops DON'T contain extra water that will ruin the cooking process. Wet packed scallops do that.

    Absolutely you are wrong (as well as the "bon appetit editor" which isn't surprising.). The audio contradicts itself and is not self explanatory.
