  • Scallops may not be cheapest cuisine, but they're totally worth it. Join Molly as she shows you how to prepare them with corn and chorizo! Pro tip: treat scallops to the flavorful oil left behind when you cook chorizo—it’s basically liquid gold.Check out the recipe here: https://www.bonappetit.com/recipe/pan...Still haven’t subscribed to Bon Appetit on YouTube? ►► http://bit.ly/1TLeyPnABOUT BON APPÉTITCook with confidence using Bon Appetit’s kitchen tips, recipes, videos, and restaurant guides. If you're not giving these scallops some buttery love whilst listening to Timecop 1983 tonight....are you even living, guys?

Bad edit at 1:30. You cut out the part where she explains that dry packed scallops DON'T contain extra water that will ruin the cooking process. Wet packed scallops do that.

Timecop1983, Miami Nights 1984, The Midnight, FM-84, Kalax, GUNSHIP and ALEX are all good retrowave artists if anybody wants more. I'd especially recommend The Midnight!

At around 1:20 there’s a weird edit where Molly is talking about dry packed scallops and then without any transition is talking about wet pack scallops, but the edit makes it sound like she’s still talking about dry pack. It might be confusing for someone not already familiar.

I like me some jazz to bop around to while in the kitchen.
BA, I really think we need a Spotify playlist curated by the Test Kitchen folks.

Timecop 1983 is an amazing soundtrack to listen to for any occasion.
Pro Tip: open up a second window and play Timecop1983 over this video

She said the guy loved the scallop muscles and it was gross... I like the idea of someone eating them rather than wasting them. I love it when people find ways to use as much of an animal as they can.

Oh, no, you did not crush the garlics first. You will not get the "Allison." And that's what really, really good for your immune system, Brad believes.
