4 Best Vegetarian Biryani's - Paneer, Soya nuggets, Brinjal, Mix Veg Biryani Golden Harvest Basmati

  • Golden Harvest Four Veg Biryani’s
    Firstly we will prepare a common base biryani gravy for all the four biryani’s
    Ingredients:
    Whole garam masala - 2 tsp
    Shahi jeera - 1 tsp
    Onion(chopped) - 3
    Turmeric - 1 tsp
    Ginger garlic - 2 tsp
    Mint - 1 bunch
    Coriander - 1 bunch
    Coriander powder - 1 tb spn
    Cumin powder - 1 tb spn
    Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
    Chilli powder - 2 tb spn
    Yogurt - ½ cup
    Salt - To taste
    Oil - As required
    Water - As required
    Method:
    In a pan add oil,whole garam masala,shahi jeera,onions,turmeric,some salt and saute it for a minute. Now add ginger garlic paste,mint,coriander leaves,coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala,chilli powder,yogurt and some water and cook it for 5-7 minutes and switch off the flame. Biryani base gravy is ready.

    For preparing rice:
    Ingredients:
    Basmathi rice - 1 kg
    Salt - To taste
    Oil - As required
    Shahi jeera - 2 tsp
    Method:
    Take a big cooking pot add water to it and bring it to a boil and add oil,shahi jeera,salt and mix it well. Now add basmathi rice to the boiling water and cook it for 70% and strain it and keep aside.

    Gutti Vankaya Biryani:
    Ingredients:
    Brinjal - 250 g
    Besan - 1 tb spn
    Peanut Powder - 1 tb spn
    Sesame Powder - 1 tb spn
    Coconut Powder - 1 tb spn
    Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
    Hing - ½ tsp
    Garam masala - 1 tsp
    Dry Mango Powder - 1 tsp
    Coriander Powder - 1 tb spn
    Chilli Powder - 1 tb spn
    Sugar - 2 tsp
    Oil - As Required
    Salt - To Taste
    Method:
    Firstly in a pan dry roast besan,peanut powder,sesame powder,coconut powder,turmeric powder,hing,garam masala,mango powder,coriander powder,chilli powder and some sugar and switch off the flame. Add salt and water to the powder and mix it into a thick paste and stuff that into brinjal and keep aside. Now place those brinjal’s at the bottom add biryani gravy,mint, brown onions and place the rice and top it up saffron water and brown onions then seal the lid with the help of dough and cook it on a low flame for 15 more minutes.

    Vegetable Biryani
    Ingredients:
    Carrots(chopped) - ¼ cup
    Beans(chopped) - ¼ cup
    Green Peas - ¼ cup
    Potatoes - ¼ cup
    Method:
    Place the raw vegetables at the bottom of the pan & add biryani gravy,mint, brown onions and place the rice and top it up saffron water and brown onions then seal the lid with the help of dough and cook it on a low flame for 15 more minutes.

    Soya Chunks Biryani:
    Ingredients:
    Soya Chunks(soaked) - 1 cup
    Tomatoes(chopped) - 1
    Method:
    Place the soya chunks and tomatoes at the bottom of the pan & add biryani gravy,mint, brown onions and place the rice and top it up saffron water and brown onions then seal the lid with the help of dough and cook it on a low flame for 15 more minutes.

    Paneer Biryani:
    Ingredients:
    Paneer - 1 cup
    Green Peas - ¼ cup
    Fried Bread pieces - 6-8
    Method:
    Place the paneer pieces, green peas at the bottom of the pan & add biryani gravy,mint, brown onions and place the rice and top it up saffron water and brown onions,fried bread & then seal the lid with the help of dough and cook it on a low flame for 15 more minutes.
