My fave crime drama trope is "Wait, stop the video there! Zoom in. Now, enhance it....!" and somehow the super grainy, blown-out, digitally-zoomed CCTV footage gets clearer.

The guy is cool, but the editing of the video is awkward and distracting. Sure, just randomly freeze him while he's talking so he's sitting there with his mouth wide open for a few seconds.

I’m mad they didn’t look at Bones, since that was actually co-produced by a forensic anthropologist.

I think the editor is on crack. It keeps zooming him in and out every 2 seconds and interjecting some clip between jump cuts.

can you make one of these but with a junkie responding to representations of drug experiences because I've seen some trash party sequences clearly written by people that have never been to parties

I would have thought Bones would be in this video? Isn’t it an obvious choice? I was waiting the whole time to see temperance pop up on my screen 😂

Everyone's mad he didn't do Bones and I'm mad he didn't do Psych. Shawn and Gus were always messing with crime scenes. 😩🤣

This man's critique is easily one of my favorite of any I've heard. He uses context, facts, and fully explains his understanding of both. Great series and great watch

In the defense of criminal minds, they are not crime scene investigators but profilers.

It always drives me nuts when I see shows where the CSIs don't wear the full outfit and they're walking around with their street shoes, loose hair, and touching everything. I'm not even a CS investigator and I know that. On the flip side, everyone's hair looks GREAT!!

3:16 - DNA was first used as part of forensic science in the 1980s. Zodiac takes place in the late 1960s.

Moral of the Story: Just because you watch NCIS, Bones, Criminal Minds and Dexter DOESN'T mean you can get away with murder lol
