Palm Wine Chicken - Toddy Chicken - kallu - By Vahchef @ vahrehvah.com

- This is one of special dish of south india "telangana" .it is made from fresh toddy immediately after removing toddy from the palm tree prepare this chicken dish with hot spices not more ingrediants but it taste excellent when we have it along with toddy.
Toddy 2 cup
Chicken 500 g
Red chilly powder 1 tb
Turmeric ¼ ts
Garam masala 1 tb
Crushed ginger garlic 1 tb
Green chilies 2 n
Coriander powder 1 tb
Coriander leaves 1 b
Cumin powder 1tb
Take crushed ginger garlic in a hot pot, add chicken, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, turmeric, chilly powder, salt, and add toddy mix it well, put the lid and cook it for some time, add chopped coriander, switched off the flame and serve it.
Serve this with rice, chapattis.
