Ask the fishmonger to butterfly and de-bone the fish. I recommend leaving the head and tail on for more flavor. You can cook it with just some herbs or, like on this video, add vegetables like cherry tomatoes, onions, garlic and yellow squash. Add a little butter and white wine and let the oven do the rest. You can also use this method to cook on a grill outdoors. When you cook for yourself you can Save Money, Eat Healthier, Live Greener and Have Fun!
